Q. HOW DO WE BOOK?

A. To secure our services email us at hello@santousophotobooth.ca with your desired package. We require a signed contract and 50% retainer upon booking. The remaining 50% is due within two weeks of your event date.

Q. WHAT BACKDROPS ARE AVAILABLE?

A. We carry the following backdrops:

• Solid White
• Solid Black
• Artificial White Baby’s Breath
• White OR Black Drapery  

Custom backdrops are available for order at an additional fee.

Q. DO YOU OFFER PRINTS?

A. Yes, we offer prints in both 2x6 (film strip size), and 4x6 (standard photo size).

Q. CAN WE EXTEND THE PHOOT BOOTH SERVICE HOURS?

A. Certainly! If you want the photo booth to operate during cocktail hour and reopen after dinner and speeches please do not hesitate to let us know. Additional hours can be added to any package. Any time that the booth is not open, idle hours will be added.

Q. HOW CAN GUESTS ACCESS THEIR PHOTOS?

A. After each photo is taken, a digital copy will be automatically uploaded to your online event gallery. Guests can access and download all of the images they take at the photo booth throughout the duration of your event using our iPad sharing station. Photo Booth images can be sent via text, email, or by barcode scan. Our attendant can assist in this process.

Q. ARE PROPS INCLUDED?

A. Absolutely! What fun would a photo booth be with our some fun hats and sunglasses?! Props are included in your package at no extra charge.

Q. HOW BIG IS YOUR BOOTH?

A. Our Photo Booth is 10 feet wide by 10 feet high. Please ensure your venue has enough room to comfortably fit these measurements at minimum. More room is always preferred.

Q. HOW MANY GUESTS CAN USE THE PHOTO BOOTH AT MY EVENT WITHIN AN HOUR?

A. On average, we can photograph around 30–50 groups per hour, depending on flow and event type. We keep the process relaxed but efficient to ensure as many guests as possible get a chance to be captured.

Q. CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE LOOK OF THE PORTRAITS OR BACKDROP?

A. Absolutely! If you have a specific aesthetic or vision in mind, we’re happy to collaborate to bring it to life.
